Yaklaşık sekiz saat süren bir yolculukla, hedefimize ulaştık....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bir kısmımız daha önceki gezilerden alışık idi yeni katılanlar da hemen ortama ısındı ve ilk gün programlarımıza hemen başladık.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Günlük programımız şöyle idi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;06:00 meditasyon&lt;br /&gt;07:00 çay molası&lt;br /&gt;07:30 güneşe selam&lt;br /&gt;08:00 kahvaltı&lt;br /&gt;11:00 hatha yoga/pranayama ve banhda&lt;br /&gt;13:00 öğle yemeği&lt;br /&gt;15:00 integral yoga&lt;br /&gt;17:00 çay molası&lt;br /&gt;19:00 akşam yemeği&lt;br /&gt;21:00 tratak veya sohbet...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tüm katılanlar büyük bir şevk ile tüm çalışmalara dahil oldular, özellikle açık havada yapılan güneşe selam ve asana/pranayama çalışmalarının tadına doyulmazdı, kolay mı elinizi uzatıp yakalayacağınız mesafede ulu Himalaya'lar bir o mesafede pırıl pırıl akan Ganj...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sohbettlerimiz kah salonda kah birlikte yaktığımız ateşin çevresinde keyifle sürdü...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sonra bir baktık ki bir hafta uçup gitmiş, bir sabah bizleri alıp götüren araçlarınız Delhi trenine bırakıverdi, öğleden sonra gezisi otelde biraz uyumak derken, otobüsümüz bizi havaalanına götürmek için hazırdı bile...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tüm katılan arkadaşlara gösterdikleri disiplinli çalışma düzeni için teşekkürler, Umarım akıllarımızda, fikirlerimizde aldığımız dersler kalır. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gelelim bir sonraki gezilere, bunların ilki 9-10 nisan'da Halki'de yatılı haftasonu kampımız olacak Hindistan'daki programı aynen uygulayacağız. Ekim 2011 de ise gene Hindistan programımız var tarihleri bugün yarın kesinleşir.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bildiğiniz gibi bu programları ticari olarak düzenlemiyoruz, biz gidiyor oluyoruz, type='text'>çalışmalarımız</title><content type='html'>Sevgili dostlarım,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yaz  rehavetinden tamamne çıkarak, kalabalık bir grupla çalışmalarımıza devam etmekteyiz. Her ne kadar bir kısım dostumuz yaz sebebi ile çalışmalara ara verdi ise de bizler gene tüm yaz sizlerle beraber olduk, sıcak, ter demeden keyifle sürdürdük.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sonbaharın gelişi ile göçmen kuşlar döndü, çalışmalara aynı hızla devam edilmekte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Geçen sene  Bhagavat Gita okuması yapmış, bu kadim eserden spiritüel manada pek çok çıkarımlar yapmış bilgiler edinmiştik.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bu sene de Swami Vivekananda yorumu ile Patanjali Ustaya göre Dharana ( konsantrasyon) okuması yapmaktayız daha çok başlarında olmamıza rağmen büyük keyif almaktayız.&lt;br /&gt;Okumalarımız yorumlarımız soru ve cevapları cumartesi günleri saat 11-12 arası yapmaya devam ediyoruz. "&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ben de bıkmadan ve de büyük bir keyifke derim ki : "evet"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;19 yıldır olduğu gibi bu yaz da kesintisiz olarak çalışmalarımıza devam edeceğiz.  Sizler istedikçe, bizler sağlıkla gelebildikçe aralık vermeden programlarımızı sürdüreceğiz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bir diğer soru da şu idi :  "Hindistan seyahati ne oldu ?"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mayıs ayına planladığımız seyahatin programından sizleri çok az zaman önce haberdar ettiğimiz bir gerçekti. Haklısınız çoğunuzun yaz programları tatil durumları vs. belirlenmiştir bu nedenle hemen bir sonraki Hindistan programımızı sonbahara erteledik. Hafta: Davranış Kodlarını Çözerek Disiplin - Çocuklar her zaman bize ihtiyaçlarını anlatacak dil yeteneğine sahip olamazlar.  Onlar ihtiyaçlarını bize davranışları ile anlatırlar.
